Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and ROI.
- Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads using CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand professional connections.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or business development (2+ years of experience).
- Strong ability to cold call, prospect, and close deals in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and high resilience.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend off-site meetings.
