Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, articulating the value proposition clearly.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid capacity.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the San Jose area.
