Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems during night shift hours
- Present product solutions to B2B clients and close sales with exceptional negotiation skills
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Document sales activities in Salesforce CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless customer handoffs and lead follow-up
- Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends through continuous training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience with proven track record in B2B sales
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (5 PM - 2 AM CST)
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work in commission-based environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
