Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative sales.
- Valid, clean driverβs license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, specifically Salesforce, is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
