Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for enterprise clients across San Diego County
- Build and maintain high-value relationships through consultative selling and solution-based approaches
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95% client satisfaction rate
- Collaborate with product teams to identify new market opportunities and product enhancements
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and report on KPIs
- Represent GrowthEdge at industry events and trade shows to expand market presence
- Mentor junior sales associates on best practices and closing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with SaaS or enterprise solutions
- Documented track record of exceeding quotas (110%+ achievement preferred)
- Expertise in consultative selling, needs analysis, and value proposition development
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience mandatory)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Professional presentation skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
