Role Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solutions to potential clients, and closing deals. This is a field-based role where you will meet prospects face-to-face to demonstrate our premium products.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct outbound sales calls and in-person meetings with potential clients in the San Diego area.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and career advancement.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
