Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of new business.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to demonstrate our industry-leading products/services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Travel within the assigned territory to visit clients and attend networking events.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or a strong willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
