Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate the local market in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
- Conduct face-to-face presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular updates on pipeline performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Arizona Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and travel within the local territory.
