Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales territory within the El Paso area to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and in-person meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics using our CRM software.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
