Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales campaigns to local businesses in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
- Identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Present our premium services/products to decision-makers and close deals on the spot.
- Manage and grow your personal sales territory to exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional brand image.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive "closer" mentality.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with high discipline and focus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
