Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and networking in the El Paso area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and outreach methods.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (typically 4 PM - 12 AM or 5 PM - 1 AM).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of hitting targets.
