Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and close new clients using consultative sales techniques.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads to ensure consistent booking and revenue generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, telesales, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively on the phone.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for financial growth.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
