Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive, high-volume outside sales calls and meetings during evening hours to generate new leads.
- Identify and qualify high-value prospects in the B2B market through strategic outreach.
- Present tailored product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse client portfolio.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update client records.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Ability to work independently and effectively during the night shift schedule.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
