Responsibilities
- Execute a comprehensive sales cycle, including prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling evening appointments.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients during night hours.
- Close new business deals and negotiate contracts to ensure maximum profitability.
- Manage and grow existing accounts to ensure repeat business and high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to evening-located clients.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all interactions and maintain accurate sales data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong ability to work independently on a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- A self-starter mentality with a hunger to exceed monthly sales targets.
