Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting campaigns during designated night shifts.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the local Chicago market and beyond.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations and handle objections to close sales over the phone.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in outside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales (night shift experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
