What You Will Do:
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your primary focus will be on inbound and outbound lead generation, consultative selling, and building lasting client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales calls to generate new leads and appointments.
- Build rapport and trust with prospective clients to understand their unique business needs and pain points.
- Present our products/services with confidence, clearly communicating value propositions and benefits.
- Effectively handle objections and close sales to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding prospect activities and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and customer trends.
- Continuously improve sales techniques through training and coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to earn a high income with a commission-based compensation structure.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment with a reliable internet connection.
