Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads during night shifts.
- Present and demonstrate our flagship products to prospective clients to address their specific needs.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and campaign performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or appointment setting.
- Strong ability to work independently and thrive in a night shift environment (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is a plus).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings within the Austin metro area.
