Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective clients to determine optimal software solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and live demos to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the New York region.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation and time management.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client travel.
