Responsibilities
- Prospect & Develop: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory using a variety of prospecting methods.
- Client Management: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultative selling to prospective and existing clients.
- Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
- Driving: Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation required for travel.
- Technical: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
