As a Sales Professional, you will represent our premium products/services to local businesses, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities within the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Track sales activities and manage territory performance using CRM software (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative sales.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
