Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close new business deals by accurately qualifying prospects and negotiating contracts.
- Travel within the San Jose region to meet with clients and attend trade shows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Enter and update accurate customer and account information in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive presentation style.
- Ability to work independently while managing a heavy pipeline of leads.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
