Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective clients to generate new business opportunities in the San Diego region.
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and cold-calling to account activation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system regarding leads, activities, and customer interactions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and product improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B outside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable personal vehicle required for client visits.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
