Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Identify and assess the needs of clients to determine appropriate solutions.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client base.
- Track all sales activities and prospect data in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and resilience.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
