Responsibilities
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients in the Columbus metropolitan area.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business leads to expand our market share.
- Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to refine sales pitches and collateral.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management (1-3 years preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for regional travel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
