Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities within the San Diego market.
- Conduct needs-based sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or consultative selling.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required for local travel.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
