Responsibilities
- Prospect & Network: Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Client Meetings: Conduct high-value sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Maintain a robust database of clients in Salesforce/CRM and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Market Research: Analyze local market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive advantages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of successful outside sales experience (B2B preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- License: Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
