Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to potential clients
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Analyze market trends and provide competitive intelligence to leadership
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain CRM data accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology solutions highly desirable
- Ability to travel 70-80% of the time within territory
