Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking and prospecting.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts to drive retention and upsells.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align on regional sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Document customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while hitting aggressive KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
