Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Houston metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Present product demonstrations and sales presentations to decision-makers in target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local territory strategies and campaigns.
- Accurately track all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
