Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads and develop a robust pipeline of qualified prospects in the Houston metropolitan area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with key accounts and retain existing clients through exceptional service.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve market penetration.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to forecast performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales.
- A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required for field travel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
