Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Identify and analyze customer needs to provide tailored business solutions.
- Close sales contracts and negotiate terms to ensure profitable partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the Charlotte market.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or consultative selling.
- Strong, persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Passion for exceeding sales goals and a hunger for commission income.
