Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new clients within the assigned territory to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct needs assessments and product presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our industry solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Manage sales pipeline and CRM data accurately to ensure timely follow-ups.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or a similar field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
