Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients across El Paso and Ohio territories
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market research
- Present product solutions to potential clients and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Track sales metrics and provide weekly performance reports to management
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand professional network

Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel within El Paso, TX, and Ohio territories (valid driver's license required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
