Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume prospecting strategies including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to demonstrate the value of our premium products and services to decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, profitable relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deal Closing: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, negotiating terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Market Analysis: Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help refine our sales strategies and product offerings.
- CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status within our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales.
- Driver’s License: A valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record are mandatory for this field-based role.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to command a room.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Local Knowledge: Must reside in the Atlanta, GA area or be willing to relocate.
