Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound prospecting and networking within the Detroit metro area.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts to consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Travel to client locations within the assigned territory as required.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or retail sales (entry-level to experienced candidates welcome).
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote and field setting.
- High level of self-motivation with a strong desire to achieve financial goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
