Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies including cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to demonstrate product value.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract signing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and report weekly progress to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telecommunications sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic territory.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
