Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling in the DC and Illinois regions.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize lifetime value.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for client meetings.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Must be available for occasional travel within the DC and IL areas.
