Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for B2B clients across Jacksonville metropolitan area
- Conduct in-person client meetings to build relationships and demonstrate product value
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85% client retention rate
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads and generate weekly performance reports
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop local outreach initiatives
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly strategy sessions

Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales or field sales
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with uncapped commission structures
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
