Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business opportunities within the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Conduct needs analysis and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Negotiate complex contracts and close deals to meet individual quotas.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Self-motivated "hunter" mentality with a strong desire for uncapped income.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
