Responsibilities
- Conduct evening in-person sales meetings with prospective clients across Philadelphia and surrounding areas
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to maximize market penetration
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate contracts during night shift hours
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data to track performance metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless client handoffs and account continuity
- Attend mandatory evening training sessions and sales strategy workshops
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive networking
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to work independently during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- History of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
