Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and qualify new business prospects within the Charlotte market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage lead generation campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
