Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to present our premium products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
- Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activity to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales (2+ years preferred).
- Track record of success in a commission-based environment with an uncapped earning potential.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for client travel.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
