Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Austin metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking and cold calling.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Travel to client sites and industry conferences as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Proven ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
