Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships through strategic prospecting and cold calling
- Present product solutions to C-level executives in manufacturing and logistics sectors
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client retention rates
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute regional trade shows and events
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Provide weekly performance reports to Sales Director
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B outside sales experience in manufacturing/tech industries
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K+ annual sales quotas
- Valid driver's license with ability for 60% regional travel
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
