In this direct hire position, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective clients and closing high-value deals during critical business hours for our international markets.

Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the technology sector.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of leads using our CRM system (Salesforce) to track progress and conversion rates.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and target demographics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and up-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in outside sales or B2B sales (minimum 2 years).
- Comfortable working in a night shift environment (e.g., 4 PM - 1 AM or similar).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, consultative selling style.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
