Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business clients in the Chicago metro area
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations at designated business locations
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling techniques and relationship building
- Leverage our daily pay platform to process commissions immediately after successful deals
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly performance analytics
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Participate in quarterly sales conferences and professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present complex solutions clearly
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in the field
