As a Sales Professional on our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients in the Phoenix metro area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and prospecting to generate a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through face-to-face meetings.
- Present and demonstrate our industry-leading products and services to decision-makers.
- Close sales agreements and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and customer retention programs.
- Manage a territory effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
