Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outside sales plans to acquire new commercial clients across Chicago metropolitan area
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and needs assessments
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction rates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with documented revenue growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas in competitive markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
