Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets across Eastern PA
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations in designated territories
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with C-level executives
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently while maintaining proactive communication
- Track record of generating new business in competitive markets
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 10 AM-6 PM) is mandatory
