- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Prospect and acquire new B2B clients in Detroit metro and Pennsylvania regions
- Conduct on-site client consultations and product demonstrations
- Maintain CRM data pipeline with accurate sales activity tracking
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns
- Present quarterly sales reports and performance metrics to leadership
- Represent company at industry trade shows and networking events
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with proven track record
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or industrial equipment preferred
